Spy: A Crow or Raven Head (to be a polar opposite to Medic's Doves)
Scout: A Chicken Head (Mostly for the ironic jokes of him calling the others chicken while he eats a bucket of chicken)
Pyro: A Duck Head (That way Pyro Quacks ) if not maybe a Phenix to go with the fire theme
Engie: Canary Head (I've actually seen this concept floating in the workshop)
Miss Pauling: A Humming Bird Head (Because she busy zipping from one place to another with little to no rest)
Administrator: A Vulture Head (To go with her already unsettlingly old yet elegant look and crusty attitude)
Saxon Hale: An Emu Head (It's big a ass bird native to Australia and can overpower most men)(Check out any information on a real life event known as The Great Emu War the title alone is hilarious)
Gray, Bulwark and Redmond Mann: Mockingbirds (Because they're one of the most territorial birds) or Alternate ideas: Blutark: Blue Jay (Similar to Blue Birds but bigger and meaner), Redmond: Male NA Cardinal (Only Males are Red and is also seen as a natural opposite to Blue Jays at least in Minnesota ), Gray: A Canadian Goose (Cuz Geese are smart but they're jerks)
Olivia Mann: A Finch or Magpie (Small cute birds that tend to be seen as a nuisance)
