I actually wasnt going to say anything, because it sounds rude in my head, but I honestly do love your work, so I figured I should.
In my head the background doesnt fit autumn - autumn to me means leaves turning colors, and all the leaves on the trees are green. sure there are leaves on the ground, but if you have been in the woods, you know that leaves will pile up and last for years. also, because of the lighting (i think) she looks kinda pasted on..she looks too...crisp/dark compared to the background. as im looking at this, it also looks like she isnt sitting properly on the stone, or she isnt in the right position for slouching against it. and the skulls shading looks a little fake.
im not an artist though, so feel free to disregard what i said. your concept is great though, and i love that outfit hehe. i wish i could pull it off.

Thank you for your comments and thoughts, it's always interesting to hear what people really think. I have to say though that it was very much Autumn when I took the picture, you can see that from the time stamp of 23th October. It was also a misty morning but I have adjusted the contrast slightly. The model was standing, not sitting or slouching, maybe bad positioning on my part. I'm not keen on the skull either, in retrospect maybe I shouldn't have added it.

Wow, the whole scene has a pink tint to it, and that makes the parts that are red shine all the brighter.
