This piece is really cute, you have an adorable style! The pastels and small little lights and stars really adds layers to it, and I like the simplicity of it. If I were to critique some things, though, I'd say that the hand needs some work. I know it's supposed to work with the style, but it looks a bit rushed almost. Just keep practicing with references and it'll be fine! Also, I noticed that the hair lineart was slight color changes in some areas. I see the intended effect, but it doesn't translate too well, so I'd either 1. Not do it at all, or 2. Color ALL the hair lineart that color.
Other then those, this piece is really unique, and I hope to see more from you in the future!
