In the gimp I painted on the layers but how should I save it ? When I tried to ctrl+e and save it as gimp I messed it up x.x

i have never used gimp before so i'm not sure i can help you, but in photoshop it has to be saved as a gif by going to file>save for web. is there a similar option in gimp?

There is but after coloring when I exported it as gif it either doesn't wag its tail or it first shows the color then lines then tail wag xD

sounds like the layers aren't "active" on the right frames, check if all the correct layers are ticked on each frame if that's possible.
it can get confusing with that many layers, i can try and remove unnecessary layers to make it easier to work with??
or i can save each frame as a png so you can colour each individually and put them together with a gif maker online or something
