Impressive work. She looks ancient and powerful, and the multitude of limbs give an almost hypnotic effect - and, yes, it also makes me think of the Lasombra.

The Lasombra are basically a Vampire clan in White Wolf's table top RPG game "Vampire: The Masquerade" where their main discipline is "Obtenabration" which allows them to control and manipulate not only shadows around them but also the "Abyss" as well which is very similar to the picture here....
