Imagine if silent hill had a bad side of town, these would be what I think the demons would look like in the hood of silent hill.

The thugs of silent hill:
The demon to the left is equipped with a knife and covered in knife wounds.
The armless demon in the middle shoots acidic blood out of its chest and had a fleshy handkerchief attached to the lower portion of its face .
The demon to the right is equiped with a gun and is riddled with a few bullet wounds, as well as a giant flesh wound where its face use to be.
The tall hooded demon in the has large brass knuckles where its fist should be.

A very random idea this was.....
