Alias: Arsenic: Arsenic represents Daichi's view on himself being toxic to everyone else. He realizes how his emotions affect others, for the better or worse. To him, he could either be vital or fatal, which is why he has two syringes. The chemicals appear to be different from each other, but in reality, they are both the same. He believes he will always be poisonous, but what really matters is that people don't think he is. The tubes connect this poison to his entire body; the gasmask shows how he's trying to protect himself, but the poison is nowhere near his mouth.
Element: Wood
Weapon: Syringe (2 different chemical types)
Level: 1
Stats: .:> STR 15>SPD 5>VIT 20>DEF 5>INTEL 10 >LCK 5 :. .
Skills:
>Acyanide: A simple strike with the front facing syringe
>Dual Toxin: A strike with both syringes, an injection of both chemicals which react and cause high damage when combined.|+10 STK| Because the combined weapon is large and heavy, speed is subtracted.|-5 SPD| While making this attack, he is highly vulnerable do to all strength being focused on making his target, so defense is taken as well.|-5 DEF|
Personality:
O Leader: A generally good leader. He is the type who gets everyone involved and tries to utilize all skills and personalities.
O Gentle: Understands when people are facing troubles and will leave them alone and convince others to do so. If they need help, he will talk to them and give advice, which he deems to be very good.
O Kind natured/likeable: Tries very hard to be a people-pleaser and get everyone on his side. He believes many friends are better than few close ones. He doesn't try to get close to many people, though.
X Dramatic: If he is facing a problem as small as a broken pen or getting a question wrong in class, he will make sure everyone knows. If he is upset he will sulk until someone asks "whats wrong", then he'll get them involved in the mess.
X Actor: While facing a true problem of his own, however, he will become virtually unresponsive and not tell any one. If people do find out, he'll exploit it as a joke, and make fun of himself.
X Self Hatred/Arrogance: Daichi floats between these two polar opposites. He is usually over full of himself, but when he makes a mistake, he regrets it severely. He wants people to view him as arrogant over self-hated, though, so he tries very hard to hide his intense regret and anger at himself.
He tries to fit the "nice gently guy" type, by helping people with work or dropped books. Daichi likes to present himself as an all knowing, advice giving saint, however, he is quick to flee when asked help for "real" problems come up (ie: family trouble, death, failure). Daichi likes to emphasize the motto "It can't be helped" with these issues. He can be hypocritical this way, telling others their issues should just be ignored while he makes a big deal out of his own. When he is not trying to help others, he is most likely sulking or complaining about his own troubles. He is either the happiest or most miserable person in the room. While Daichi loves talking about others' problems or his own, if there is a major issue troubling him, he won't speak of it at all.
Daichi tries to be a leader as well, and loves it when people look up to him or see him as a role model. When he doesn't get his way, he can be forceful in his actions, to the point of legitimately forcing people away with his hands.

History: Daichi led a rather average life until Junior High. Born in Fukuoka, he was an only child with both parents. They were an upper class family, but to be that wealthy, both parents were working during the day. This left Daichi home alone a lot. This resulted in lots of crying and loneliness during his early years. To cover this up, he began telling his classmates that his parents were super heroes, and that's why they weren't around most of the time. His classmates ate it up, and Daichi found himself becoming rather popular. He continued on with the the act, creating stories and super hero names. The whole story was so interesting to all of them, that other students started telling about uncles, aunts, siblings, etc who were also heroes.
This chapter of his life disintegrated, enter 5th grade, but he was still very well liked. He led a group of friends he had gained from his stories. They stayed together for quite a while, Daichi began playing the role of the nice guy, calming down his friends whenever they got rowdy or wanted to fight, and offering tranquility. This made him practically impossible to hate, which he soon realized he loved. The approval of a general public was great.
However, as Junior High rolled around, his group of friends started doubting him. They were beginning to feel the need to act up, drink alcohol, smoke, vandalize, classic "delinquent" things. Daichi was naturally opposed to this, thinking that the whole thing was lame and immature. His friends began calling him a coward, wimp, baby, yeah. He could tell he was loosing there respect, so he decided he would have to conform. One night, he put on a mask and left home (the lack of parents was once appreciated), going to a site close to a police station. He took a baseball bat and spray paint to an abandoned building, and began destroying it. After a window was smashed, he would spray over it in green paint, so he could prove it to his friends the next day, when the police inevitably found it and put the damaged building on the news. Needless to say, Daichi Kyoma was caught, his parents were called, as was the head of school. Word spread around fast, and parents were instructing their kids to avoid him.
Daichi began hating himself. He felt toxic, like he had some kind of disease that caused others to become like him. Obviously, that's what all the adults thought when they told their children (his former friends) that they should no longer hang around him. Daichi felt like the world was against him, and he completely deserved it. He thought himself an awful delinquent, and refused to "try" anymore. He began failing classes; teachers didn't care because they had already filed him as a "delinquent". This continued on through the next two years of middle school (Daichi committed crime in his first year). He would think of himself as an awful person, not care to study for school, which made the teachers think he was an "awful person". When Daichi noticed they thought of him that way, it simply spurred him on to fail more. The cycle went on and on.
During his final year, Daichi was told he would have to repeat 4th year if he couldnt pass. The 4th year teachers noticed his lack of caring issues right of the bat, and tried to help him get back on his feet. They were more in tap with students and their emotions, compared to the previous teachers. They conviced Daichi to step it up. He working extremely hard, and also became a sort of "praise addict". He realized he was thriving off praise and compliments, due to the lack of acknowledgment in his previous years. This self satisfaction helped him to work harder and pass.
Looking back on his last Junior High year, Daichi realized he was practically friendless and invisible. In that second, he felt like the world was collapsing in on him, that no one knew his name and that he didnt even exist. When he found out he was going to Seiko, he convinced himself he would get it together. Even if he would struggle with grades or not pass everything, he would need to receive praise. He would need to feel noticed and appreciated. He had spent too much time regretting life instead of living it, two whole years wasted being unnoticed when he was trying to get noticed. He would do anything and everything so some people, no everyone, would like him.
