This is Sailor Octans of the Constellation Senshi. So here is her bio and some information that you might like to know about her. I will probably do a redo picture because I feel that the colors are a bit too close to Sailor Mercury's. They didn't look that way, but it turned out that way. Anyway, the outfit is staying. Occupation: Finishing last year of law school while working on her Phd in Sociology and teaching as an associate professor at the university she attends

Skills: Exceptional swimmer (even can handle the toughest seas), tough under pressure, navigation skills (of course), good with sailing vessels.

Family: Mother, Father, Grandmother. Her mother and father are eco-pirates and have been jailed several times. When she was growing up she would live with both her mother and father, then live with her grandmother when they were in jail. She's always been close to her grandmother because she made her look at the world through the eyes of others.

Bio

Cyrene is a very determined person. She takes after her parents in many ways including helping people and sailing the sea. She is a current university student in Athens. She has a Bachelors degree in Political Science, is finishing her Phd in Sociology, and is finishing her law degree as well. She is also a part-time sociology professor as a requirement for her Phd. A lot of what inspired her to go to school and get these degrees were her parents and the fact that she wanted to work for the good of those in poor countries, but not in illegal ways.

Personally, she doesn't have a lot of friends. This is because she is so focused on her schooling. She also has had to move around a lot in her life. So she hasn't had time to make a lot of friends due to her parents activities. However, she treats those she cares for like family.

Senshi Powers

Offensive - Octans Hurricane Roar: Octans stands still then thrusts her sword up in the air. From her sword a massive swirl of rain and wind emit from around it and sends her enemies flying back and can wound them.

Defensive - Whirlpool: Octans points her sword to the ocean, or another water source, and a hole appears. A whirlpool begins to form and pulls her enemy down into the depths of the ocean. It then spits the enemy back up and away, at a maximum of 500 feet, away from her. This gives her time to perform her offensive attack.

Weapon - The Octans Sword, a sword used to manipulate water.
