I kinda researched on how red lightning really happens in real life so that I can form this quirk description hehe.

  Quirk: Red Lightning

This quirk allows the user to create electrical discharge which is stronger than a regular lightning. This lightning forms a red colorization due to the user building up positive lightning strokes through emitting positive charge build up in the environment. Most regular lightning are from negative strokes formed by a negative charge buildup. The quirk is only effective for a limited time depending on the user's control due to the red lightning's nature in the atmosphere which rarely lasts for a very short period of time.
