Explosives and electrical weaponry/gadgets, both being things Batman has access to and things the Wendigos don't have any definitive durability feats against to my recollection. I would also argue that Bats is, by feats, no worse in physicals. The Wendigos have shown they can blitz and one-shot normal humans, but...so can Batman. Plus, there's his Batsuit, which is durable enough to give him protection against the Wendigos that normal humans in everyday clothing obviously don't have.

No evidence that he would be "ill-prepared"; Batman carries a robust assortment of gadgets on him at all times, including explosives. And yes, the Wendigos are fast, but as I've already said so is Batman.
