In therapy I was given an assignment. Think of a safe place to go to when we start flash point and EMDR therapy. For me, I didn't have a safe place growing up, I didnt have safety since birth, so trying to think of someplace safe is hard, best way I can do that is I will have to create my own, So I decided to draw out what my safe room would look like. I did this one and a version with a bed canopy. If you go through a lot of trauma growing up and have no safety, try to create your own.
