Looking through the verses poses thinking about who to do next, I saw Jax's arm and this came to mind.
The brown streaks are dirt. much like smoke has smoke effects, and Sub Zero had cold vapor rising off his arms, I always envisioned tremor to have this sort of silt running off of him to go along with his earth powers.
This is a mix of Cyber Sub Zero, with Sektor's head, a piece of Noob's mask, and Jax's arm.
So much could be done with Tremor, I wish the MK team would stop purposefully overlooking him

F.A.Q.="WHO IS TREMOR"
Tremor was originally slated to be the in UMK3 before Ermac or Rain were invented. He was an Orange Ninja with some earth and fire powers. Later in development the Orange ninja became Red and his name changed to Ermac as a service to fans who had wanted "Error Macro" to materialize as an actual character since the first MK [The picture of Ermac in the character select was the one originally planned as Tremor's, which is why he looks orange]. The plan at the time was to still add in Tremor later. Ultimately the MK team felt the contrast between Ermac's red and Tremor's orange was too similar, and Tremor was put aside in favor of a new purple ninja. Purple was the only color of the rainbow not yet used besides orange, and the right hue of purple would be different enough to not confuse with the the red Ermac or blue Sub-Zero. While Rain filled Tremor's space in UMK3, Tremor was not forgotten. He later was picked up and developed for a PSX spin-off "Mortal Kombat: Special Forces" where he was made brown, and given a bit of story. He was a former Lin Kuei, turned Black Dragon. As a Black Dragon he was a Sub-Boss of the game, where a few of his moves can be seen. However this game was so TERRIBLE, that Boon would rather all mention of it be completely erased from the Mortal Kombat's history. There in lies the problem for Tremor, becuase the awesome idea of Tremor was associated with such a terrible game, he has been banished from the MK Universe, and only lives on in the fan forums, hoping he will one day go the way of Ermac and now Skarlet, and be added as a fan service.
