This one took more time than it should. MS Paint wasn't cooperating with me and decided to be a complete ass all night. The background looks soooo bad and random but it's better than a blank background so meh...I REALLY LIKE HOW THIS CAME OUT THOUGH

Despite all my critiques towards Dissy (and especially Miss Twilight Sparkle...), I gotta admit: He has one bad ass look.

WELLL.......Ya sure? I'm going to be blunt: I only caught up with the tumblr after Dinky beat up Dissy, then unfollowed it due to Jitter's lack of updates (which at times is reasonable such as when his computer AND tablet broke), and only read a bit of the old stuff through the tumblr pony wikia.

Okay, so just asking to feed my curiosity, out of all you have read from the blog, what is your overall opinion about it?

Well, this is gonna be long:
I originally did like the idea, but as I read on..I was pretty disappointed. The execution is pretty good, but it's pretty weak. For me, Discorded Whooves should have been a tumblr about Whooves going through what emotions the 9th, 10th, and 11th Doctor dealt with: Jitters could have had Dissy be isolated, lonely, a lot of self loating, but still hopeful, as seen with the 10th and especially 11th Doctor. Or even had Dissy become Time Lord Victorious, mixing 10th dark side with 9th's rage, that would have been amazing! I was rather disappointed that Dissy is just a womanizing alcoholic who can't decide whether he's sane or insane. Seeing him switch from "I HATE MYSELF" to "I DON'T CARE, I DO WHAT I F'N WANT" put a sour taste in my mouth. I also got tired of Jitters portraying Dissy as sort of Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde thing, when it just doesn't seem to work when Dissy is just an ass. Long Story short, I felt that Dissy could have had great characteristics...but it feels poorly executed. He has his moments yes, but...come on. I especially find the womanizing things far too out of place, especially in the beginning of the blog, it just threw me off.
And then there's Miss Twilight Sparkle..
When I first heard of the tumblr and saw what Twilight was in the tumblr, I automatically felt like it was a sinking idea. I...I just can't imagine Twilight like that. I wouldn't imagine her flat out going suicidal because her friends are gone (BECAUSE YEAH, PUTTING CUPCAKES IN WAS SUCH A GOOD IDEA *hates Cupcakes with an undying passion*), and then getting in a relationship with Dissy (and knowing all the actions he's done), and Jitters going on and on about how much they're an amazing couple. It..it just feels like he only did that because he's such a fan of WhoovesXDerpy. I just felt it was...pointless. I also find her random inclusions in the tumblr to be out of focus on the tumblr, distracting it from the plot (and let's not even get with her coming a secondary character in Motherly Scootaloo...). I wouldn't mind her..if she was more like a temporary companion of sorts, since Derpy became out of context to the plot (which is really saddening since Derpy has much role in the story as the Atenna, or however her name is, I simply consider her Idris, AKA The TARDIS), and she would be sort of like a Donna Noble/Clara Oswald character: Wide eye, not taking no for an answer, but has a strong friendship with the Doctor. But in relationship wise...I..I just don't see it. It also doesn't help that because of Jitter's friendship with Marshmallow gives the implication that the pairing occurred because of it.Β
Now, the tumblr does has it's good aspects: I do love the atmosphere of everything being pretty dark, it has a lot of moments where it fits as a Doctor Who inspired tumblr, and I love the roles of Jack, and a bit of the Master. I do think Jitters has great skills with the tumblr and it show cases it. But I feel so many things are just pretty disjointed, I especially feel that his usage of Discord as a super evil (and the annoyance of the Discordedness not even being able to be changed because McGuffins...) felt unnecessary, of course I may only feel that way because I've always felt Discord was more of an overblown prankster, who took jokes too far. If it was..persay another evil force, then I'd be surprised, like in the Crapplejack tumblr with Genuval (or however his name is spelled, even I have difficulty spelling it), it being a different creature and related to the dragoniquies.Β
I know this seems like ninpicks..but this is just how I feel about the tumblr. It got so bad, I just gave up on it. I had already found tumblrs already better than it (same with Motherly Scootaloo). It's odd I find Lil Miss Rarity, the most controversial and avoidable tumblr in the fandom the most impressive with it's story.
Again, this is just my critiques, and they may not be solid depending on how you've seen the tumblr.Β

Firstly, I must say that I'm horrible at critiques and explaining my opinions but I'm going to give it a go.
I do agree with most of the things you said but I must point out Dissy was an alcoholic because, like in real life, it keeps your mind away from reality and your problems, but it's not really fixing the problem and in some cases making it worse. That is why Dissy takes a long time trying to recover. He's hasn't been fixing the problem, just making it worse (and easier for Discord to take controll of him). Now I must agree that I picture Discord as just a prankster who just wants to have some fun. Jitters stated (or implied) that the Discord Whooves world is completely different from the show's canon world. Which means Discord would be how Jitters sees him, making him a different character, though not completely different to the point of him being a complete stranger.
Also I think somebody else has made a Pony Ask-Blog about the Doctor being Time Lord Victorious. There are many Doctor Whooves ask blogs already.
But anyway...
I'm assuming that you haven't read the blog recently. In which Dissy has changed. He's stopped drinking, he doesn't bang everything and anything he sees, and he is now fully aware that there is something wrong with him but just doesn't know what.
He's trying his best to better himself.
I haven't bothered to read Miss Twilight Sparkle for reasons but when she is in Dissy's blog, she is not really a bother to me. I don't mind at all so there is nothing much to say.
But I'm still confused on why Motherly Scootaloo came in to the story and why Twilight has to take care of Scootaloo's child. I probably haven't read that part of the story clearly.
(Also, Jitters prefers DoctorxMayorMare.)

No, no, you did a good job!
I can understand what you're saying, with Dissy drinking as a way to kill the pain and trying to recover..but DAMN does it take nosedives, it's like a rollercoaster. And that is a good point, and it did work...until Discord appeared in later episodes and is shown as a prankster who can't stop. For me, it kills the mystery of his motives and just goes balls at it.
I did state that I began reading it mid way, but I did read up some aspects of it.i know he has, and I give Jitters props for doing that. But from what I've seen, he still changes from 'I hate myself' to 'I DON'T CARE!!!!'.
It just ruins most aspects of it. It just doesn't show, which really is a shame..
I'd recommend you don't, I checked it once, there are barely any updates. I mostly just feel she's unnecessary unless she contributed to other than 'All Girls Want Bad Boys!'. I say blame that mess following the pointless crossover with Motherly Scootaloo, I dropped following it due to Dark Induced Audience Apathy and especially what Sam Rose wrote for Applejack (since AJ is a character who gets a lot of flack from Hasbro and fans....). Now THAT I didn't expect.
Again, my opinions can be considered a bit biased, but judging from what I've seen, I'm disappointed.

Heck, another critique I had is the updates take forFRICKENever. And when there ARE updates, either it adds nothing to the plot or its padding for 10-15 updates..

I don't mind the lack of updates, I respect Jitters enough to wait for them.
And unless it's a build up to something FANTASTIC, I'm dissapionted.
I usually listen (or read) people's critiques and if there is something I don't agree on, I don't write and say "ERR MAH GERD NO YOU STUPID FOR HAVING A DIFFERENT OPINION." I don't do that because it makes me look stupid and no-one will take me seriously.
I respect peoples opinions even if it pisses me off because not everyone has the same opinion. People have the right to believe what they want, but apparently many people don't get that.

It started off strong, but it went downhill following the Dissy crossover. I noted and read up that Scoots suffers a lot in the tumblr, and its already having issues. The biggest insult for me as I stated, the thing with AJ..

Sam Rose revealed in an update that Bloom found out AJ has 'casual sex' with colts(e.i., not boyfriends..), and it breaks her heart, since she's afraid of what will happen to her.
..And then she says she's okay with it because 'IT MAEKS AJ HAPPEH :'D!!!!'

Well to 'it's credit', it was mentioned because Scoots was with the girls for her party and Bloom and AJ were sort of arguing. So Scoots asked what was going on, and that was revealed. I dunno for sure, it's s possibility. It's disgusting,doing something to AJ like that.
