-how did u get the extra highlights in the hair? (not the lowered white opacity but the lighter strands underneath)
was it a lighter shade of brown witha fuzz brushhh? or maybe...dodge tool?! TELL MEH xD plz?

Not dodge tool sis. I used SAI (aka no dodge). I used the watercolor tool and blended a few shades of orange and white. Then for the white i went into a new layer and drew in white and lowered the layer opacity
