Description
Septim is half of a weapon pair with Copen, the tower shield.
A machine pistol, with the very low fire-rate of 300 RPM. Septim is designed to supplement Copen's limited harassment potential, range, and attack speed. Occupying as many targets as possible with its electric Dust ammunition.
The out-of-line magazine, while a minor addition, is used for a secret function. Essentially Septim can hold two bullets, even with the magazine removed. You can remove the magazine and eject the chambered round... And still have one round left to fire inside the weapon. Unless you're counting shots and know exactly how many round there are in each magazine, Septim will always have one more bullet than can be predicted by any logic.
