Here is something that I came up with recently, and maaaaannnn! I did an awesome job with this one. It is a picture of Flash Sentry, and my newest design of Godzilla Junior. Different Junior from the Bridge Version where he looks like Godzilla 2000. But still, the dorsal spines I came up with on my own to show a difference between my version and Faith's. Also, why did I go with Flash's new look? Well... lets just say I wanted to try it out see how it looks, and it looks phenomenal.And why have Flash and Junior as a team? I was considering them to be like half brothers in a way, kind of like how Azusa was Junior's adoptive mother. Flash could be like his adoptive brother in a manner of speaking. Anyways I hope you guys like what I came up with.

Really love the backgrounds you give for this series, it fits each kaiju and also meshes great with the MLP character with them. Both Flash and Junior look awesome here!

That is do-able. Alternatively given Destroyah's energy attacks are often purple, Starlight might be a good fit. Or could use Rarity for the same reason for a case of dramatic irony.

This concept sounds similar to the 2000 Cartoon Series Kong:TAS, a series inspired by King Kong, where a Scientist named Dr. Lorna Jenkins discovers uses a DNA Sample of the Giant Gorilla, and uses her Grandson Jason's DNA to successfully create a clone of Kong, Jason & Kong become Blood Brothers, and thanks to a special device invented by Dr. Jenkins called the Cyber-Link, Jason & Kong can Merge together into a single body, where Jason can help enhance Kong's intelligence, and if they get angry in they're combined form, they can double in size & become a "Mega Kong".
Perhaps you could use something like That with Flash & Junior, like give Flash a mystical gem or something that can allow him to Merge with Junior, allowing them to fight as one being, and they can somehow become some kind of Mega-Zilla or something.
