The theme is Dirty, it's one of Covergloobus' defaults.

i thought Covergloobus doesn't work in KDE and its gnome only app oO

Why shouldn't it work in KDE?! Any GTK+ app works in KDE and any KDE/Qt app works in Gnome, in fact any app works in any DE/WM/Shell, you just need the necessary libraries and dependencies

I am really curious where those nokia looking fonts are coming from ?

I remember I had them like 6 months ago but can't now... Could you tell where I can get them from and btw, make a screenshot of the typeface sizes as well - coz the desktop screenshot you posted here looks very ergonomic !
