In my mind, Sarah Michelle Gellar definitely would be an awesome Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn. She would've made Arleen Sorkin - who did an awesome job of bringing Harley to life with her voice in Batman: the Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures - very proud. (Of course, it's too bad that Heath Ledger passed away in January of 2008; he would've loved the idea of seeing his character, the Joker, try to corrupt a woman and make her into a Harley Quinn.) 

Plus, I can see Sarah watching a few episodes of B:tAS and TNBA with Harley in order to get a feel for Harley in character and in personality, too.
