It reminds me of Michelangelo and some paintings on the Sistine Chapel.

The neck and shoulders seem very discontinued with the rest of the body. Everything is done so well, untill the lineation of the mask and the head with the neck and shoulders, maybe try shaping the mask so that it fits the head as the eye expects it to, it wont interrupt the lineation and colours as much. The rib placement also might need some anatomical editing. Other than that, its a very well painted piece. I love the colours.
Is this a fully painted piece with references? Or partially photo manipulation?

Definitely the neck is too massive, throughout the rest I followed faithfully on references. I used water texture crafting fabrics.
