The cat appeared in the first part of Split Of Fate as a spiritual figure - I don't know why - in a sense it is a magical figure. "They say that dragons and cats can connect the worlds of humans and spirits. Apparently you can feel magic."
He recently got the name TiNe'Fix, which means what it means. I think having a cat could have helped me a lot. He also appears in the story as a character carrying good energy.
