lol that is the most disturbing of all the mythical creature pics so far. I like how natural the lines and the gesture lines look, like this is exactly the kind of thing that you see in your head D: my god. I really get the sense from the direction of that...thing's body...that it's gonna either bite her face off, impale her with the tail, or just smack her around. So many ways to die, but I guess that's what makes it an effective image, my eyes are pulled to those different directions after taking in the initial terrifying face and the child...so yeah. thanks for frightening me.
