Christopher, Ryu's younger brother! >:3 (he's one of my favourite)He bears the power of metal (or lightning), which is associated with the Gold element.
This guy is a weird person who likes to use a spanner as a weapon...
But well...i still have no idea how his powers are going to be applied so i didn't draw much "lightning"...
And i still have yet to find the Japanese name for him ><
In chinese i named him 麒...
[ok, i think there will be people telling me that this guy looks like Winter and Edward...the truth is that i created him long before the existance of Winter Rockbell]

Took one look at him and thought "ZOMG IT'S BRUNETTE WINTER!" And then I read the artists comments and realized you'd already handwaved the resemblance. Eh, it's somewhat your fault for giving him a spanner; FMA has spoiled the world on spanners!

Produce enough static charge to shock ppl.
Throws an electrically charged spanner at ppl as well. XD
Slight power of magnetism, wher his swings are much stronger against metal opponents or objects.
Able to make any metal object lighter.
Melt metal by passing a HUGE surge of electricity through it.

However there must be some kind of price paid for using such powers, like he needs to eat alot to be able to produce that much energy and power :3
Actually same goes for Ron who's fire powers also need lots of energy to create that amount of heat.

I think it's mainly the tool he's holding that reminds me of Winter...
