UPDATE! found the original image! i had it on an 8 year old old backup. i completely forgot i had downloaded it. all though its not the original resolution its the large preview image i didnt think to download it via download button at the time. but compression is way better than the previous one so the clean up and up-res process turn out much better. and the background part is in its original state. so once again if you happen to have the original version let me know.

originally Found this as a low quality desktop screen shot on here and decided to fix it in Photoshop since i cant locate the original image anywhere on the internet. no reverse image searches found anything. the closest i got was a low quality fan art video on youtube. i used some clever tricks to restore the image and improve over all quality close to what the original looked like. this was originally made by Blackeraser but from what i can find he was banned from here and most of his art was lost. i cant even get backups of his stuff in wayback machine. I dont claim this as my own.

after some research i did find another el tigre lost image off the internet by blackeraser that i believe was the reason he got banned here however looking at the image i didnt see any thing wrong with it as it appeared inocent but it might have been too questionable for deviantart at the time since manny was naked but cleverly censored.

if you are looking for it its on a certain 34 website (you know what im talking about) under the tag frida_suarez. its a 4 panel vetical comic with a simple background on the last pages of the tag serch. be warned if you go to that site you are going to see some crap lol.
