"But, I thought...I mean..aren't we...aren't we friends?"

"Dusknoir said if we changed the past, stopped Dialga, I would disappear. I knew it was worth it to sacrafice myself to save the future. I knew..that this would happen."

"But, you were the reason I wasn't a klutz, that I even got to go into a dungeon, the reason, I wasn't alone.."

"I know. But Veno, you are special, you're my best friend, my teammate, my hope. And never forget that."

"But Montage without you, I would be a clumsy Vulpix with no friends, not the Explorer Apprentice that you made me into. I wouldn't even have any courage without you. Montage, you....saved me from a horrible life..I don't know how to be strong without you..."

"You must Veno! You need to be strong! You need to be Brave! You need courage and determination. Veno, I may have been there for you, but it wasn't we that made you brave, but it was you Veno!"

"You're the one who saved Aron, you're the one that faced the Raging River, even if you were scared, it was you Veno! You did all those things, not me! You were brave, you were strong!"

"I was only because of you! Without you, I would be a fool of an apprentice. Without you, Diz would be haunted by his memories, Voltage would be a big bully still in Electro Valley, and Team LunarShock would still be retired!"

"Yes, but that's way you need to be me. Take my role in the Team, be Diz's hero, be Voltage's friend, and be Lunarshock's aprentice! You need to replace me! Because you have the biggest heart of us all!"

"*sniffle* But I'm not you Montage, I'll Veno. A crybaby, a klutz, a scaredy Meowth. I'm not a role model, a companion, or a protege! I could never do any of those things..."

"But Veno, you have to fill my spot. I want you to go home and tell everyone what happened here, so that.....
So that no other pokemon has to suffer like this..."

"Veno, I was once a human, but I did not remember a thing about my past, you helped me uncover myself. You helped us through the Barren Future, and all those adventures!
