Dumping some stuff I did during the last month or so.Here's another one of the first "style explorations" kinda like the previous deviation I did of Morrigan [link]
It's not how I usually draw or color (which is why I'm not particularly good at it) but I think it was fun trying.

Great work! Very nice shading on her legs and their muscles - oh, and the rest of her has got those nice shadings as well. The dress has got just enough details to make it look right, and her facial expression is one to write a short story about !

Great rendering, the skin is so shiny and soft.
Maybe her ear is a little too small or something else, but I have the strange feeling something about her head or the proportions within isnt quite right, but I cannot quite put my finger on it.

As for the color for hard lines, that depends on the material and intensity of the light hitting the edge. In this piece I didn't really use any lines. Usually The most shadowed area will be of a different color and tone but that can be different throughout the same material.
