Why? Just try to come to the president's or mafia boss's garden and not get killed by bodyguards or watch dogs! And don't get fried at the fencing being under tension ! Delivering easter eggs is like war! Burglar alarms, fencings, bloodlusting dogs, guards... you need to know how to avoid them all and stay invisible. That's why easter bunnies needed to undergo a special training, so that they are prepared for all the circumstances.
