Hit me up with more Dogheart AU

I feel like, when Brightheart gives birth to Whitekit, Dogheart is there to assist in the kitting as well as occasionally checking on her and the kit by order of a slightly frustrated Cinderheart. After helping her with the kitting he slowly realizes with each visit to the nursery that she is happy, and that his desicions back then did not stop her from having the life he knew she would occasionally want. I feel like as soon as he realizes that she is happy with Cloudtail, that she is content with how her Warrior-ship is and how she's so happy being a mother that he can kind of forgive himself for what he had put Brightheart through with his actions, albiet not completely... for the reminder is permanantly plastered on both their bodies. Having just that tender moment watching Whitekit nurse on her mother, he can let out a soft, 'She's Beautiful' to his friend.

Of course he's still awkward around Brightheart, he can't completely let what he's done go and continues to avoid her, but not as much as he used to.
