Description I think I need to crop it, but I'll have to do that later.

Forgive the blue/yellow stripes if they're not appearing right >.<"

So, you know the Obama Hope poster? Yeah, we had to pick a president and do one for that one. We were following a tutorial (Roughly so, because it was seriously iffy and for a totally different image.), and I figured out that just doing shadows and whatnot from the actual picture was 50 times easier.

Teddy Roosevelt is the bomb. "Speak softly and carry a big stick." Comment if you agree! ^^"

The only problem I have with this: his mustache isn't properly shown and I'm pretty sure its flipped (both hair parting and glasses, there was one or two that had problems and flipped the image so I can see where you got it).

YES, Theodore Roosevelt is my favorite president and my second favorite historical figure close on the tale of General George Smith Patton.

Oh my gosh, we were talking about the "speak softly and carry a big stick" thing yesterday in AP History O.O My history teacher was speaking in this creepy whisper-voice the entire class, and kept hitting our desks with a baseball bat. I think I'm scarred for life xD

Still, I love how this came out!

You're welcome! I usually love my AP teacher, but this time...I think we went a bit too far xD He keeps saying it's for our benefit, since we'll remember every second of that lesson during the AP exam.

yeah, my ap teacher...for history had such a boring class. All she did was lecture and have us take notes and read and blah blah and I mean, she's so nice, but I just can't sit through lectures. I get bored out of my mind.

Lectures can be really boring >.< They're even worse when the teacher talks too fast for you to take proper notes.
Unfortunately, that's what college will mostly be. -Cries-

;__; well in college, we can use laptops for notes, which I can type super fast. I've been carrying around a laptop this year for when we do seminars in AP Lit, and I take amazing notes that way

Oooh, good point! ;3 Then again, I'd probably disturb the class too much with my typing (I slam the keys).
How is AP Lit? I'm planning on taking that class next year.

I think it depends on the teacher. I had AP Lang last year, and it really helped me learn to write essays like a boss. We don't write as many essays this year, but we've had to read more books. I love my teacher cause she's hilarious and fun. We have vocab tests every week, and every increment of 50 words, we have a big test. This past test had 150 words. Killer. Her teaching style involves mostly vocab stuff and discussions with tests after the book, and discussions are what help me most because I can talk things through. Plus, if you don't read the book, what other people say will help on the test XD

That sounds pretty cool! I'm doing the whole essays thing in my AP English class, and the vocab to a lesser degree. I'm looking forward to a ton of book reading though x3

Blehhhh...I don't read very much anymore. I used to read a lot in elementary and middle school, but that's because class was easy enough to ignore and my attention span for books was much higher than it is now. Lack of sleep leads to ADD and ADHD symptoms XD
