No. Holden engineered the platform it rides on.
A South Korean (Sangyup Lee) designed the car in Southern California studio.

Ah, now they're really going retro with the racing stripe design. Of course, they should've made it bright orange with white stripes.

Wow!! was'nt aware they had considered doing this in a convertible!! I suppose I like it!! looks alot more like a camaro than the Charger looking like a Charger!! lol Great shot!!

I agree on both accounts. Especially since the Camaro/Firebird was the second-best thing to come from GM ('57 Bel-Air still their best ever).

To be honest I'm still not impressed with the Camaro.
At the NAIAS last year, hundreds were gathered around the Camaro. Meanwhile I was the only one looking at the Dodge Challenger.
