Wow, awesome (you'll be hearing that a lot from me in the future). It's very dynamic, plenty of emotion and the background's fine. 
On another note, I drew Rulia here to be compatible with my Blue House flash series. I actually started on one before I realised I didn't actually know what Rulia's personality was like. I can certainly take a guess but that wouldn't be entirely accurate.
Oh, and I'll get myself to draw Rulia in a more dynamic environment in the near future.

I like his look: platinum blonde, very blue eyes, little red earring (not the lip ring, tho.) Is he supposed to be prettier than she is?
The yellow guitar and red tie work well in the color scheme.

wow, this is really cool coloring~!
however, I noticed some of the light effect was put on the wrong place (not exactly wrong, just a bit missed the placement)
and I noticed that the but (or hip) is too sharp and made it robot-like hip...
and I think the body is a bit too long too...
please be aware of woman's body, especially that lower body part...
