Description Now I know my art isn't the best.

But someone posted one of my older Mew pictures on a 'shitty da art' blog on tumblr again. They said it looks like I drew this on crap or something.

Okay, if you are gonna say something about my art good or bad. COMMENT ON THE DEVIATION. Instead of saving it to your computer and posting it there.

You could tell me how to improve. Are you like scared to comment?

Now about this picture. I drew it 100% on MS Paint. I only used Paint.net for the transparency.
