Owl eyes are so large they completely fill the socket, restricting any movement, which is why they have that creepy ability to turn their heads completely around without breaking a sweat. Creepy...

Wow, so sharp, and beautiful markings on the feathers. Usually shots of tawny owls disappoint me because they come out just a generic brown blob, but this is beautiful! All the reds and marbled browns with flashes of white against the dark green. Youve really captured how I see tawny owls in real life <3
