Made with TechArts 3DCG sp 4 & fanpack.Beware: This girl is as psychotic as she is hot. She is the heroine of the anime/manga Medaka box. In a rather unusual move for Studio GAINAX, this series was a manga before GAINAX licensed it; they rarely do licensed work. Anyway, Medaka is the student council president who won the election with 98% of the vote. This wasn't because most of the people liked her; they voted for her out of fear. She beat the crap out of her opponent before the election. She sets up a suggestion box called the Medaka box where students can put suggestions that address any issue. Her main weakness is this: animals are scared witless of her. She approaches a large Russian wolfhound, and it turns into a total coward.
Her last name can be translated as "black god." Her voice is by Aki Toyosaki (Amuro Ninagawa in Kenko Zenraki Suiebu Umisho, Yui Hirasawa in K-ON!, Keena Soga in Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, Momo Belia Deviluke in To-LOVE-Ru and others.)

I've had psycho bitches before, but Medaka is another level, but thankfully not yandere. She could probably out-boss Haruhi, and make Kirie Kojima say, "Bitch, chill out!" She looks great in this considerably more subdued mood of hers, and wearing the lingerie. Nice work.
