Constitution Class NEX-Refit (Kearsarge Subclass)
Concived alongside a general refitting under Project NEX, Starfleet announced the relaunch of the Constitution Class. as such they were required for them to be of the same standard as a Soverigen Class Assault Cruiser. So the ships had new beam arrays fitted and modified torpedoe bays capable of firing a volley of Quantum Torpedoes. All newer connies ran either their original 4-digit registery or they ran the newer 6-digit registry; over 107 were built along with 177 of it's sub-class.
Some if not all of the new Constitution Classes retained their original saucer sections, as it flowed better with the design of the ship.
The Kearsarge Subclass is the name given to the 177 other NEX Constitution Classes, they were outfitted to be more Soverigen than the original NEX Connies. The Subclasses namesake, the USS Kearsarge, NCC-1721-D was introduced alongside the NEX-Constitution Class, USS Constitution, NCX-1700-E.

it's the numbers built, not the registry. it's to comemorate Enterprise and Yorktown so the newer connes the first ones only 1,701 were built then a subclass was built and 1,717 were built also.

yea, i think mine is as it differ with the third nacelle pylon placement and increased warp power & weapon power exceeding the main Sorverigen-X.

yea, except no captain would divert all power from the weapon powr to make the lance even more powerful.

sort-of but i was aiming to try and keep her as connie as possible, and yes i know what ship you are talking about, i proberly modifed a connie with just will the Excalibur Nacelles on her on the PC.
