Description
A continuation from F59PH; the F70PHAC is an all new cowl passenger diesel built by EMD & MPI. The F70PHAC uses the cab, traction motors and prime mover from the SD70ACe. CSX will rebuilt their F40PHs No. 9998 & 9999 into F70PHACs; Metra will buy 5 F70PHACes' for their passenger services.
