Series, could be a main character because of their evolutions

I make a series of episodes by animating sprites in PowerPoint, then I post it to YouTube.

Animating it in Powerpoint? Not with anything like ImageReady or Flash?

I don't animate them, i like put them into in animation, like a slideshow, but with sprites, and a storyline.

I gotta admit you did a great job
I also gotta admit, I feel that I suck at line art.

very good as usual; just a little inquiry, i have issues knowing where to leave the outline black, how do decide where to keep it black?

I leave the outline black similar to how the shading goes, though I don't do it at the exact place where the color changes on the actual colored-in region. I segment it to not make it look 'layered'.
Also, I lighten the line when it fades into the shape of whatever I'm spriting.
