For lugia.us, a HeartGold/SoulSilver version of Shadow Lugia.The animation isn't the same as the in-game version, but neither is the original on the forums.

It was based off of the actual sprite from the game? If you're on TST, you can see it in the forums with the Shadow Lugia theme on.
