AAA FINALLY I FINISHED IT.
After a lot of thinking, I decided that Quarbie went to Alola. Alola have so many cool pokemon that I can't simply make Quarbie doesn't go to Alola D:

So I decided that she went to Alola because Silvia simply thought that she pass too much time indoors and in a cold place, so she needs some sunlight (Vitamin D, guys.). At the beginning she hated it, but she got used and began to love this place, Because of nice pokemon that she found in there.
(Oh, and yes, her clothes are based on in-game clothes She loves stamped shirts )
I didn't thought in too much details of all of her pokemon, but lets go to the description:

Robin, The Primarina ♂- She disliked Popplio at first sight, but when she knew that it'll evolve into a fabulous and powerful Water/Fairy pokemon, she had to train one! Robin is a guy who is conscient of the people who thinks he's a girl, so he usually tries to act the most feminine that he can just to trick other people and pokemon. He thinks it's funny and easier to get what he wants because of that but thinks that's because the world is surrounded by a bunch of idiots. So he thinks he's superior for that. Clo (Quarbie's roserade) admires Robin for that way of thinking.
Marnio, The Toxapex ♂- A pokemon with no mercy and that lands critical hits when the pokemon was poisoned? TOTALLY FOR QUARBIE. Although his natural instinct of a killer, He can be a nice guy and loves when he's petted.
Alph, the Ribombee ♂- a Pokemon that Quarbie caught because she thinks it was cute, but later discovered on him a battle potential. He have no fear on battle, even if he's very fragile and easily takes a lot of damage. Dosn't likes to be called cute, even if he actually is very adorable.
Lil Quarb, the Mimikyu- ♀- A Pokemon with low self steem and have to disguise as an another pokemon to be loved. Have a nice Attack power, is quick, have a cool ability, have powerful moves against psychic-type pokemon and looks like a mandmade Pushie. I REALLY HAVE TO SAY WHY QUARBIE HAVE THIS LITTLE CUTIE ON HER TEAM? THIS POKEMON IS MADE FOR HER.
Orchid, the Lurantis ♀- IT'S PINK, OMG. Orchid cares a lot about her tecniques with her sickle shaped petals, and she's very proud of it. She is also very polite.
Star bit, the Minior- after a date with her someone special after a visit at Mount Hokulani with a friend, She fell in love with tha shooting stars, who she discovered that it's actually a bunch of Pokémon! She didn't resisted to catch one. She was even happier when she found that this little one is kinda strong! Since she catch it when she was on a special date she was with one of her best friend, this pokemon is veryspecial to her.

Some pokemon that Quarbie also caught in Alola, but not exactly for Battle:
-Nami, the Pyukumuku ♀
- Winged Pikmin, the Shiny Cutiefly ♂
-Ancora, the Dhemise

Oh, She have some history with the Ultra Beasts, alongside with Brenda and Silvia, but that's for another day : D
