So, rather than glancing back at all the Ryzom-era sword jokes...
I'm gonna coo over the fact of belatedly noting it was a sword-cane, given it's what my own RP character uses. Just not near as eloquent of one, since his is self-made, and his training is in engineering
And Lawrence would probably bop him; my Sirius has little to no swordsmanship - in particular, his combat tends to start with using the cane aspect first to attempt to trip his opponent, then pulling out the blade. But in his defense, he's disabled (permanent leg damage), so he can't do all that fancy footwork... *shifty eyes*

Okay, I've been giggling over this too long, must speak or forever hold my tongue.
The pose is brilliantly dynamic. The flowing lines for clothing and hair are beautiful expressive, especially the scarf. The clothes themselves are sartorially awesome and I would totally steal them if I could get my brother to wear them at a Renn Fair. The expression is beyond fantastic, as yours tend to be.
The part that makes me giggle is that he looks uncannily like John Lennon. It's John frickin' Lennon in Edwardian-esque garb, I cannot unsee this no matter how hard I try!

Well I have been deprived of it since the day I sent this comment. It turns out devianart has some virus inside the ads that get placed on here. SO I downloaded a ton of different programs to protect me from spyware, malware and viruses in general. I should be good...for now. I hope so because I leave the country in three days and will need my computer functional to communicate with everyone.
