Ugh, I get asked this a lot but I'm afraid I really can't provide a good answer.
It's a supermarket DIY brand that has pretty much zero information on the label besides oven time and temperature. It's just called "oven baking clay". It behaves sort of like pottery clay and can be diluted with water, but is considerably lighter when dry or fired, and you can bake it in a home oven easily. I'm guessing it's partially paper-based but it's not light and elastic like paper clay and can be scraped and carved.
