Description Photos of my final thesis model.
The model was built in Sketchup and then I proceeded to make elevations and plans from this 3D model to be used it Adobe Illustrator so that the facade could be cut on a laser cutter.
I ran into numerous problems building the physical model because of its complexity and trying to free-style parts of it while combining it with laser cut pieces. If you notice any odd things, that is why.
The model is built out of card and wood at 1:200. It is quite large with a height of almost 1'6".

Hah, Thanks.
The model is built out of Canson cardboard with the exception of the columns, which is scaled wood.
That's all the materials. I wanted to keep it nice and clean and not use too many materials.
