For a few weeks now, if you're on my facebook page, you'll have noticed ~kamakebelieve 's little challenges for ourselves every Friday. We've been calling them Fusion Fridays, which is a nod at the combination of photography and drawing that we've been experimenting with our Wacom drawing tablets for! Every week, we have a topic, this one was for "transformation." Laura's pose made me think of religious iconography, so, my concept was her bringing the miracle of spring time (so religious, right? Ok, it sounds more like greek mythology...). Winter and cold weather was becoming rather sickening, so I had to bring in some flowers, and Spring time is my favorite transformation of all.
