Description Ohhai.
Put a fair bit of effort into this. -__-'
I'm always happy with it until the moment I'm done - So many things suck.

Didn't bother with shading.
Did this one in the early hours of the morning, went to bed and never wanted to complete it. xD

Please don't use, credited or not.

This is very good! The background I especially like - of course, I'm a sucker for blue. As for the Gelert, he looks pretty well-drawn - though if you want to stick closer to the official design, I think the muzzle was a little shorter (it's been so long since I've been there though! ^o^). Actually, this one has more of an underwater-creature feel.

Now, for improvement, just work on the shading a little. ;D It makes a big difference! Now, if you want how to do scales, don't ask me~

Naaw, thank you very much for this! <3

I must admit, I didn't really realise the muzzle until now~
I shall work on them next time I do a canine. :3

Yeah, I have to make my lazy toosh do more shading.
I always dread it for some reason. Ugh! xD
Scales would look wonderful as well.... Hm. o:

Thanks so much, again!

Nah, no problem~

I suck at muzzles, so I'm not sure how I could help with that. One thing I know about shading is to experiment with how you hold your pencil. I know that for shading large spaces I usually hold it one way, then switch to another for small spaces. Oh, and mechanical pencils are good for lineart, while dull-ish wooden pencils are good for shading. ^o^

Oooh that'll definitally help.
Just starting drawing/arty-farting a month or so ago.
Soooooooooooo many techniques to learn.

Shall keep that in mind, I think do I have a fairly large collection of mechanical pencils that were never touched. ^^'

& Eyries all the way, maaaan.
