Why I think CaramelShy works:
* Caramel is such an unappreciated stallion, and who better to notice him than shy, kind-hearted Fluttershy?
* Since he is taken for granted, Caramel would always put Fluttershy above everything so she would never have to feel that way.
* Fluttershy would love him and be there for him no matter what
* they're super cute together X3
