Have you tried removing the blue channel, changing the image to greyscale, then changing it back to RGB? That's been my method for removing my blue lines.
I have never used the replace color tool in Photoshop! It looks like it could be useful to alter colored works that just didn't turn out quite perfect in the end.

Aha! I have been trying to find an easier way to get rid of those un-needed lines without zoming in and erasing one pixel by one -.-'
