That was just a peck though. That wasn't something that would definitely say that 'these two love each other and that this is cannon.' It's more like 'this MIGHT or MIGHT NOT be a ship this is just something so people would stop bugging us about those two when it's NOT EVEN A OBVIOUS LOVE THAT APRIL HAS FOR DONNIE. Lol exactly, that's why I hated that kissing scene. Sometimes I wanna reach in the screen and slap her...Β But I don't think Nick is going to make any ship canon until the very end of the series. They have the shipping war so fans keep watching. If they made Apritello canon, Capril fans would get p*ssed and stop watching and vice versa. I know I'd stop watching it if Capril became canon. The only reason I watch it anymore is to see if they finally hook up.
But seriously, if Capril becomes canon, I'm flying us both out to Orlando and we can slap the CEO. Or Mae Whitman. Or Josh Peck. OR ALL OF THEM! THEY'RE ALL RESPONSIBLE! Well then again there are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more Apriltello fans then there are Capril. So not too much of a loss there. Besides, it's ever growing popularity will make it up most likely. He*l I think some Apriltello fans just abandoned the series due to Casey and when words gets to them Apriltello is cannon the'll come back. So really when you think about it, not too much of a loss. Besides, Ships aren't just (To most people) the reason why we stick around for TMNT. We love TMNT for well TMNT! Some Capril fans might not like the idea at first but if they really ARE TMNT fans, they would stick around to TMNT because of what it is.Β

Why settle for a chair? Why not a freaking sledgehammer? I really shouldn't point my rage towards the voice actors, but d*mn it, they put one of my favorite voice actors as the character I hate the most! F*cking.. Now anytime I hear Josh Peck on some other show it makes me cringe. IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT CASEY!
I hate to admit it, but Capril has a wider fanbase. We just catch a lot more Apritello here because pretty much all of the fangirls and boys come here to artistically let out their show frustrations. I've actually done this little 'experiment' myself, when you search Apritello and Capril on Google (or Yahoo or Bing or whatever) you actually come up with more search results for Capril. I think this is because people consider Apritello as 'bestiality' because, well, he's a turtle. I DO NOT think it's bestiality because, for starters, he's an anthro. Anthros are technically NOT animals, they are humanoids. They appear to be animalistic, but have more human qualities than animalistic. Like, seriously man GET OVER IT! As my friend so crudely puts it "If it talks you can f*ck it"
Cof. Nothing is wrong with Mikey/Renet. I just really think Nick could have done better with this. It was obvious they were trying to pair all of the turtles. I mean, for f*cks sake, right before they met Renet, Mikey said he'd never fall in love. I get that it's supposed to be funny and all, but it was just desperate pairing. And, d*mn it Nick, I really want a female character that's not a love interest. Every single female character serves as a love interest! April is Donnie and Casey's, Karai is Leo's, Renet is Mikey's, Mona Lisa is Raph's. F*cking.. *sigh*

Sadly, yes. I think the results on google were like 100k to 60k something like that, including wikis, fanart, and fanfiction. *sigh* At least we still have that Nickelodeon poll working in our favor! Remember that Apritello vs Capril thing that Nick had going (cof, yes that was a real thing) the results were 78% to 24% with a marginal error of 2%. Statistics! Math! Voting!

Yeah... I think what Nick's trying to do is that to send a massage out saying it's OK to be in love but I agree... The love at first sight thing 5 f*cking times is annoying as he*l. Like a character said in another show and I quote (I can't remember exactly):Β

See Nick? Cartoon network has the right idea here. I understand this is fiction and yes the first time with Donnie was OK but the next 4 f*cking times... I can easily say that if they introduce another female lead I'm just gonna ask: "Who's love interested is it THIS time Nick?"
But you know what we need for another female role so all this April x Donnie or Casey Bulls*it out of the way? F*ckingΒ Gabrielle. Yes 15 year old Gabriell. Casey's older love interest was this girl in another version. So Casey can have a girl but at the same time, Donnie can get April. Problem solved.

Nick gets a lot of angry eMails from parents whose kids watch the show. Actually, I'm pretty sure there is an entire forum for it. Is Leorai still 'bestiality' now that she's also mutated? Yeah, but this love at first sight bullsh*t is apparently getting good reviews. After all, did Nick stop at 2? No. And, in all honesty, if they added another female character they'd find a way to make her a love interest. And, if they do, let's hope it's Casey's new love interest like you said! That way Apritello is sure to happen! But, still, Capritello is a better love story than Twilight.
