Traditional drawing of Hawkeye. I still don't like to colour big areas and to draw "blurred out-of-focus stuff", so I probably should've picked another reference picture (and also not this grainy paper...), but at least my hand doesn't hurt so much anymore and tomorrow I'll watch Age of Ultron!
Reference was a screencap of Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton / Hawkeye from the movie "The Avengers" (2012).

Donβt like to colour large areas in the same colour? Where are they in this drawing? Shoulder? Bow? Hand? I donβt see it as that large. Blurry though, you got plenty of that and you do it well. Perhaps it isnβt exciting to draw a gradient, but it looks really good. It helps to draw the eye to the detailed parts, which in this case is the actual eye of Hawke-eye (Iβve over used the word eye. Eye)
Telling you that itβs a good drawing is getting old, but Iβll keep saying it until the time where itβs not true. Itβs a good drawing. Good likeness, good use of colour, good choice in keeping a white background, which you did for this series of drawings all over, keeping them connected.
In your picture description you mentioned the parts you liked the least to work on. Which ones were the best? If you remember that is

Yeah, it difficult to draw a gradient, but this time it was at least fun.

Once again, I could have Sworn this was a Photo at first glance. Hawkeye and Tony are possibly my favorite Avengers (With Thor creeping closely behind) And this is Awesome.
