Description Another traditional drawing of Tom Hiddleston.
I rushed this drawing a bit and I'm also sorry for the bad photo quality. My "beloved" scanner refused to connect with my laptop, so I had to take a picture at bad lighting conditions. That thing really hates me.

Reference was a picture from a photoshoot (?).

Paper DIN A4 190g/mΒ²; Faber-Castell Polychromos artists' colour pencils, Copic Ciao and Sketch marker, uni-ball Signo pigment ink um-153 white; time: ~12 hours

Thank you! It's possible with a lot of patience and a good technique. Most of the time I use a marker base layer + colored pencil + white gel pen details for my drawings. That helps a lot!

Do you have any tips you can tell me about drawing real people. I have been wanting to try but I can't seem to get it. Also do you have any tips on drawing hiddleston like what's the hardest part to draw on him and such as that. I would really appreciate the help. Btw I love the drawing

Well, practice makes perfect. For other tips and tricks please take a look at my step by step tutorials.
His face is easy to draw. The hardest part for me is always his hair (if it's not black).

Für die Proportionen verwende ich die "grid method", da ich zu faul bin einen Fehler nach 8 Stunden zu erkennen und dann das Bild wegwerfen zu müssen. Wie ich das mit den Farben und dem Licht-/Schatten-Kram immer so hinbekomme, weiß ich selbst nicht so genau. Ich nehme einfach ein paar Farben und es passt halt immer! Ich habe übrigens ein paar step by step Tutorials in meiner Gallerie.
