Question asked by:(( i wouldn't have been able to predict that it would take me 5 blimin' years to answer a question, but we're finally here now lmao. oh and i know this wasn't technically the first question asked, i'm trying to answer the questions i have atm in sequential order of her story, so think of this as an introduction.
a lil' ramble starting in 1...2...3...
the idea i had in mind for a while now was that ivana's parents would leave her in charge of their farm from time to time, preparing her for a life of continuing the family business. however, it doesn't go as planned and due to her clumsiness and i guess?lack of awareness of her surroundings, she would accidentally leave the gates open on the farm and start this whole conflama. this would eventually result in her bringing shame to the family and their reputation as animal breeders in their town and so forth. ivana's ultimate downfall would be not owning up to things and not being responsible for big pants tasks in general...
then her parents would send her to stay at her aunt's and uncle's place in peach creek, until the drama passes and the townies forgive and forget the damage she unintentionally causes for them back in nebraska lol (which won't happen in a while, i'll tell ya that). i would imagine vannie's parents saying something along the lines of "you can come back once you straightened up your behaviour/learnt your lesson/etc." there is more to ivana's story so stay tuned on this account to see more questions being answered!

I: Me living here? Psh no! I just decided to take a lil’ vacation here to visit my cous’ Jim-
TV: ...AND HERE IS TONIGHT’S STORY!
A small town somewhere in Nebraska faces serious damage with their only water supply, due to a stampede of animals being accidentally set free from a farm. They’ve been wreaking havoc among the streets ever since.
It’s reported that the person responsible for this mishap is Ivana Wowthisisalonglastname, the daughter of one of the town’s most well respected families, who happen to own said farm...
According to multiple sources, it’s been said that she has been shunned by her own parents. Rumour has it that Ivana was shipped off to a boot camp in Delaware after the incident occured.

Many people have remarked upon this fact about me, a fact I rarely share, but when I meet another country girl such as yourself, how can I resist?
I feel we are kindred spirits, you and I! Though we've only met, you remind me of my younger self! My hair used to be much darker before I dyed it, tee hee ^^ Not nearly a pretty brunette as yours though.

As for me, well, it's a long story. My actual name is Suzanne, but the folks back home called me ''Suzy''. My grandparents practically raised me. I always dreamed of being an actress someday despite how much I loved the farm on Prince Edward Island. One day I was milking cows when I heard about a nearby talent competition. So I begged my grandmother to let me go and the rest is history.
A man saw me at the talent show auditions and it turned out he was an agent! I didn't win of course, but he convinced my grandmother to let me go with him. He said he saw ''real potential' in me.
My agent wanted to sign me onto a contract because they were looking for child stars in Hollywood, but he said I would have a better chance if I dropped a few pounds and dyed my hair platinum blonde. He also coaxed me to change my name to Annabelle, a stage name if you will. He said no one would want to watch screen tests of a country girl named ''Suzy Sherwood''. He signed me up for singing lessons and speech lessons so I could speak better on screen.
So here I am!
My parents live here so I'm boarding with them while we shoot a film.
Like you, I long to go back to my roots, literally speaking, but my contract has yet to expire and so I can't. I suppose I too longed to go somewhere over the rainbow, but now I miss home.
How I feel for you, little Ivana. *hugs* Maybe someday we can both go home.

but looking back tiffany wasn’t that well developed and was kinda like a nazz 2.0, but with more of a "charlotte labouff from princess and the frog" flair as i would describe it.
however i do see potential in her, so i’m gonna try and revamp her a bit and see if things work out

(( now that you expressed your interest for tiffany to make a comeback, i'm actually feeling inspired to do something with her... i just don't know what to be exact haha, somehow incorporate her into ivana's life? i will need to think more about it but i'm excited nonetheless
and on the topic of oc's, i also forgot how stanley and chadly even existed lol, but i didn't draw them as much so i was bound to forget them as well as others. i might actually make them original characters instead for another personal project i've had in the back of my mind, depends if i have time to get to it but surely life's got other plans <_< ))

Your characters always looked the most Antonucci-ish of all the OC's I've ever seen, they were all so wonderful and fit so well into the EEne universe.
I think it would be cool to make them original and see them in their own story in a different style too. Anything you do is fantastic and I can't wait to see what you will come up with!

Yay we finally learn her backstory! I love that you kept it consistent with the Nebraska post card Jimmy receives; I especially love the idea of her growing up on a farm and being an incompetent farmer's daughter. XD She reminds me a bit of Mabel Pines for some reason, haha!
Also, the art on this is flippin' fantastic!

(( ahhh thanks so much asante <333 you don't know how much i appreciate your comments omg yes with the mabel pines parallel! i couldn't quite put my finger on who ivana reminded me of while i was revamping her design around 2014/2015, but there's def a similarity with how i was drawing her hair and braces the same way in mabel's design

Yes definitely, it's totally the curly hair and braces! Granted, they are two totally different characters, but considering that Mabel is my favourite Gravity Falls character, I guess that's why I love Ivana so much, lol.
I've missed her bunches! As soon as I can grab a break from work, will definitely have to draw her again, it's been a long time.
