I've been meaning to show appreciation for some promising new(ish?) nuzlockes I've been reading, especially since my hype for them is real. Like really real. And I might do more later, depending on motivation and time, while I wait until the end of the month for my replacement pen nibs for my tablet pen to arrive. cries.
On a quick side note, sorry for the lesser picture quality, while I wait for my pen nibs this is all I have! ;w;
(Also, this is partially a thank you to CookieKikira and syviethorne for watching me! I'm honored that people with such fabulous art and nuzlockes like my art!!! ;A; Edit: And Oniwanbashu, who recently watched me and ahhhhh I'm surrounded by such talented people omg)
(Also also: I drew them all smiling. Even if it would be out of character for them to do so at this point in time. I just need more smiling characters in my life please. ;w; )

Starting with the upper left corner is the main character from Krazy-Kaitie 's Black nuzlocke, Illusions and Lies . The prologue and first pages are an interesting start so far for sure and I'm honestly intrigued to see where it goes from where it's at right now. The art is colorful and oddly enchanting in it's own right, especially the dream sequence! I also love the depictions of the characters- especially that both Cheren and Bianca feel like their own characters, and feel like they have some depth to them. (It's not necessarily new on the scene but it's not too far in the story yet so I'm counting it!)

Next, on the upper right, is the main character(???) of Oniwanbashu 's White II Egglocke, Sins of the Father . The prologue is already really intense, the art is really well done, and the story is already growing to be its own outside of the plot of the game. I can't wait to read more! (And I can't stop looking at the art. It's inspiring to me, for its professional look to the masterful use of colors.)

On to the next one, in the lower left corner. That's the main character of syviethorne 's Crystal nuzlocke, Ignem . The art is very stunning, and there is incredible depth to the coloring in both color and black and white. I'm intrigued by the overarching description of the plot is indicating it'll go- coming across knowledge that should have remained hidden while going on a journey to try and heal her hurting heart.

Last but not least is the main character of CookieKikira 's Heartgold nuzlocke, Make a Wish . Gijinka nuzlockes are always fascinating twists on the plot of pokemon games, and I can't wait to see where it goes (I wonder what the wish will end up being for?). The art is vibrant and colorful with good shading, and it's definitely something I admire! (I'm not too great at drawing buildings myself, but the "I'm a house LOL" and "ME TOO" made me smile and gave me a giggle). The characters look like cuties and I can't wait to see where this adventure takes them!

I'll be keeping an eye out for when these nuzlockes update, because oh goodness. I'm so hyped. So keep up the good work and the good stories, my friends!!!
